Clarification on Change of Name and Address

Students who wish to correct any mistakes in their names as per ICAI Records, or to change address, you need to send a handwritten application to below address.

On the application, you are required to mention the proposed new name.

There is no online facility for this.

With this process, you can change your Signature, Date of Birth too.

Along with this letter, you need to attach your Registration letter or old Marksheet as ID Proof.

Note that there is no specific format for this application. This procedure is free of cost.
