Proposal for Reservation System in CA Course Submitted

Note that this is not an announcement from ICAI. It is very unlikely that ICAI will actually approve such things. This is a General Information news about a proposal put forward by few group of CAs.

A Group of Chartered Accountants has come together to submit a proposal for introducing Reservations for Backward Castes and Minorities.

One proposal is to relax some passing rules to certain students.

Reservation will pave way to allot certain percentage of jobs in Government and Public Companies.

The Groups is arguing that, As ICAI is a Constitutional Body, A PIL has been filed in the Supreme Court.

The group of CAs has pooled large amounts of funds to hire a top Advocate in India to bring in success to their proposal.

WHAT IS SGST, CGST, AND IGST? Suppose goods worth INR 10,000 are sold by manufacturer A in Maharashtra to Dealer B in Maharashtra. B resells them to trader C in Rajasthan for INR 17,500.
